Meet The Team

Bill Arnold, Owner

If you know Eagle Creations, chances are you know Bill!  Bill is the owner and face of Eagle Creations, but his story started long before the business! Originally from Ohio, Bill earned his Associate’s Degree in Landscaping and spent 36 years in the landscaping industry. In 2016, he and his family made the move to Bluffton, SC, where they’ve been proud to call the Lowcountry home ever since. ??
Family is a huge part of Bill’s life. He’s a dad of 4—three grown and one high school senior—and a proud grandfather of 3! ??
When he’s not growing Eagle Creations, you might find Bill:
?? Serving with the Lions Club
?? Working as a certified BBQ judge
?? Involved with the Shriners
?? Participating in the Masonic Lodge
?? Traveling and exploring new places
Bill brings his experience, hard work, community spirit, and love of people to Eagle Creations every day. We’re proud to have him leading the way!

Mandy Arnold, Owner
Mandy is a co-owner of Eagle Creations and a CPA, bringing her business knowledge, organization, and attention to detail to everything she does. For the past 9 years, Mandy and Bill have worked together to grow Eagle Creations, turning ideas into custom creations while building relationships with customers, businesses, schools, and organizations throughout the community. ??
But Mandy wears plenty of hats outside of Eagle Creations too!
?? Wife
??‍??‍?? Mom
?? Grandmother
?? Treasurer of the Bluffton Lions Club
?? Treasurer of the District Lions Club
?? CPA & business owner
Community involvement is especially important to Mandy, and she believes in using her time and talents to help others and give back whenever she can. Whether she’s working on the business, volunteering in the community, or spending time with family, Mandy brings dedication and heart to everything she does. ??

Colette King, Shop Manager

Originally from Cleveland, OH, Colette is our Production Manager. She oversees our daily operations and makes sure every project is completed with precision, creativity, and care. She loves bringing our clients' ideas to life and handling the wide range of custom creations that come through our doors. ??
Colette earned her Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design and Costume Technology from Kent State University. Her education and hands-on experience gave her a strong foundation in design, production, and craftsmanship, and you can see it in every order she touches. ??
When she's not at work, Colette enjoys sewing, always sharpening her skills and exploring new creative projects.

Keriann Ginter, Marketing

A proud Lowcountry resident for over 20 years, Keriann considers the area much more than a place to live — it is home. She is proud to be raising her two children in the community and to have built lasting relationships with local businesses, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and families throughout the region.

When she’s not working, Keriann enjoys spending time with her family. You can often find her at the ball fields cheering on her son or traveling to cheer competitions with her daughter. Family, community, and connection are at the heart of who she is, both personally and professionally.

After nearly two decades in the Lowcountry, Keriann understands the importance of community and the power of genuine relationships. Whether she is connecting a business with a new opportunity, developing a client partnership, supporting a community initiative, or simply introducing two people who could benefit from knowing each other, she brings energy, creativity, and authenticity to everything she does.
